One of our favorite activities in the Philippines was canyoneering in Cebu. We ended up having a private tour, which was great because our guide took so many awesome photos and videos of us. He even offered to give me his shoes when I broke mine on one of the jumps. The highest jump was 50 feet and it took Therese five minutes to get the nerve to jump.
